I definitely don't get paid enough to deal with this shit. She said she is going to transfer her entire family to a different pharmacy, but that she will not let us get away with how we deliberately and repeatedly deny her family medicine for no reason. I'm sure my boss will get a very angry complaint that includes my name, but everyone has my back. I am autistic and get very uncomfortable in awkward situations, like a woman going nuclear. I unconsciously smile when that happens. I'm also famous with patients for always trying to be positive and helpful.
