Like motion sickness. Games like portal, talos principle, and i am playing relicta now. It's fun, but looking at every directions in first person view give me motion sickness sadly, i can play them an hour 2 hours tops before i have to lay down and reorient myself.

This doesn't happen with most first person shooters becuase it mostly have you looking forward instead of 360 degrees looking how the puzzle room works.

Anyone else?

I'm sorta the opposite? first person puzzle games tend to be a bit slower/laidback with motions so it doesn't bug me. But play a game with one or more of constant movement, quick turning, sudden starts/stops, lots of jumping... basically all things I tend to associate with the faster FPS games, and I can't handle it for too long

Oh yeah, doom does the same to me. It has the same effect. I was thinking of some fps rpg hybrid like new vegas that tend to be slower
