Just in case anybody doesnt know, document EVERYTHING

Get the name of every person who comes into the room and ask them what they are doing. Write it down. No one can tell you that you cant.

If you dont then you are next to powerless if things go wrong or someone is neglectful. Do it from the start and be vigilant about it. Protect them.
