Like it's one thing giving a training to two people, but this was the first time in a while that I was presenting to a large group of dozens. Heart in my throat, constantly making sure I was still breathing, making sure I could be heard through the mic and through my mask.

It's probably been two years. Like I believe I'm good at this, but I got that old anxiety creeping up. >_>
