also a lot of stuff from the work environments he created on the shows he ran came out, which imo just showed how really a pos he was.

Don't forget, as executive producer he also was responsible for a lot of the cuts made to the episodes. So he very much sabotaged some of the guest hosts by cutting out their jokes and other banter, or editing bad angles together to make them not seem as good.
