I was offered an executive level job last year but turned it down. I make enough money with little enough work that I'm happy.

Raising Mobility can change alot based on your income class. As in someone in the lower class only needs to worry about increasing their overall income.

But in the medium class bracket it becomes more about increasing your net worth.
