All right. Cyric was big wrong. The demo is in fact Japan only, period.
Available on PS5 and PS4. As in PS5 demo here, but only in Japan for PS4? I might check it out despite not finishing the first one lol. I just want to see how it plays on PS5.

Eh, I already have the game pre-ordered, but I might try out the demo anyway to check out those PS5 graphics. First game already looked fantastic.
