Why work hard for 5 years when any jackass off the street can basically make the same money? We all knew these raises were bullshit. If anything, it makes us more expendable. Bold strategy from a company bleeding employees left and right. Everyone copying the Amazon strategy of burning through the entire workforce to avoid paying fair wages to long-time loyal employees.
