And Im working to 10pm. Happened at work. Its soon 5pm. Ughhh. Went home now to bandage it and take pain meds. But gotta go out there to work. Fuck. I cant be off work again. And if I do I feel like my mental stuff thats gotten better again will dip.

Yeah that happens. My doctor said once it got sprained bad, the muscles tissue weakens and got more prone to breaking especially as we get older.

This time it was more because first I was in a hurry. The sidewalk had lots of leaves and is uneven and broken so I didnt see that and stepped wrong. Gotta report this as a work place injury.

But yeh its not uncommon to sprain the same foot again.

Worked today from 7am-1pm. My foot is in pain. Not as swollen as last time, but there is bruising today. But I'm off work now for 5 days so gotta rest (but not too much)

it's going to do that for several days.
i ended my foot (sprained) it a year or two ago when i was walking back from grocery outlet. due to a pothole.

I thought this time it wasnt so bad, but last time I didnt work when it happened, shouldnt have done it cuz it clearly worsened it, bigger bleed now.

ugh night is over now. Called medical center, they will call me at 8am (6:30am now).

Foot is pretty stiff, painful of course. Dont think the swelling and bleeding has increases much.

Paracetamol (Tylenol is the usual American brand name) and Ibuprofen.
