of the open world zombie games, it's probably the best (next to the original dead rising)

which isn't a super high bar, but it's still really fun particularly the parkour. the dlc with a customizable buggy is also good stuff.

The parkour stuff is pretty good. Early on, when your character is trash and things don't drop good weapons, it can be annoying, but eventually guns become available and you don't have to use friggin' 2x4s and other makeshift jank for kills. You also get a grappling gun which makes things way more fun later, too. I did most of my stuff solo when I played, but things are definitely more enjoyable with other players.

It's a pretty fun game, you'll likely struggle a bit early on because the weapons are crap. But after awhile it becomes addicting.

Not to mention night time is pretty creepy and difficult early on but it's more rewarding.
