After summer it was real bad closing in depression again, my anxiety got extreme, I understood that I really havent been well since March. I stopped my SSRI last winter and was considering them again.

I have plenty tools from therapy Ive been using but only when things werent as good. What I learned and prob forgot is to use them no matter what, even when feeling good and happy and slowly Im feeling better again. The anxiety isnt controlling my behavior as strongly.

Feeling down is so strange, bad feelings and thoughts take over logic and reason. Gotta be more careful this time and keep using my tools.

Well I was treated with mindfullness, CBT and ACT (acceptance and commitment).

What I usually use is I concentrate on my all my senses, what I see, smell, hear right now. I visualise my thoughts as feelings and observe them objectivly, how does these make me feel, how do they effect my behavior. Take note of all that, try to accept it and let it go.

I have done some mindful yoga as well, wanna try to do that again.

lmao, if anything if I didnt go to the nude beaches Id prob be worse. I meditated there couple of times in the summer. One time in the still lake water floating on my back, that was amazing.

Physical and mental health are linked. The only thing keeping me out of the black of depression is working out consistently and staying in shape

nope. not working.

I get that. Even when Im feeling good I feel worthless and most of my behavior is connected to that truth for me, from being a perfectionist sometimes to try to prove that Im not worthless (but despite how well I do and others say how good I am Im not satisfied so it just proved Im worthless) to just giving up and eating shit and doing nothing cuz Im worthless anyway and I deserve the suffering.

Just that it doest take over as much when feeling better and I can let go trying to be perfect and have a healthier behavior.

Yeah, thats well known and despite that I know it I dont do any extra physical activity other than what I get from work. I have gone swimming before and I wanna start that again. But I come up with many bullshit excuses not to but working on it.

With mindfull yoga I learned how much body and mind is connected.
