Not to sound racist, so I'll censor the nation, but "People of Nation" have a high degree of hiring nepotism... but a large portion of the time it's friends and extended family or people they went to school with.

Some people are sadly still racist or unconsciously bigoted towards indigenous people and wont hire them or hold them to harsher standards

I dont understand it or why some people act that way

maybe theyre only in big cities

but there are some pharmacies that seem to primarily service an ethnic community, usually Latin American or Asian Americans

theyre almost always small places in like a strip mall or an old Taco Bell or something

Here in the US a lot of minority groups have historically received subpar healthcare. Small local clinics catering to a specific group tend to be free of the language and cultural barriers that cause problems when visiting a hospital or larger facility, which cuts out a lot of the problems. That's why they tend to develop in cities that feature a sizeable ethnic community.
