Make 41k. Even if I got my masters I would only make like an extra 3k so it's not even really worth it.

I'll make mid 50s in like 8-10 more years.

It's alright. Many teachers I know in my state make less than I do.

Same. 3 years experience. Make around 42K for a 10-month contract.

Job sucks ass, though. 12th grade English. Kids are easy. The bullshit sucks.

Well, I pretty much work as an administrative assistant for the credit manager at some building supplies company.

The best perk about this gig is the strong warehouse bois that like to get flirty, sometimes. I'm not kidding. It makes me feel very wanted and "hot" a lot of the time. I usually love on hubby a lot those nights <3

I make less now than I made in my early twenties but I make more than enough to get by and I'm much happier. For me, work isn't all about making money. Yes, I've got bills to pay and my job needs to cover them but I've worked very well paid jobs and been miserable in them.

I hate it, but it's not like there's other work I'd rather be doing.
