Depending on the arena Morel could win, but Hisoka is battle focused enough that I believe Hisoka would win more often. If he gets Morels pipe away from him, its probably gg.

Hisoka would hop into the fight knowing nothing about Morel and get destroyed like against Chrollo.

Remember that Morel in the Ant Arc wasnt even at full powerby the time the invasion commenced he was stated to be at about half strength.

Hisoka is strong and can win if he did his research but chances are he wont and gets killed.

Chrollo is in a very high class of Nen user, though. It's not really a fair comparison. That man had a fighting chance against both Silva and Zeno combined; in fact, Zeno said that if Chrollo had been fighting to kill the battle would have likely gone very differently.

Morel is no slouch, either, but I think Hisoka is kind of a freak of nature like Gon and Killua; he's much further along in his progression than those two, so he's likely in the same general class as Chrollo. The issue is that in the Heaven's Arena fight, Chrollo came in with full-on Batman-level preparation and had every conceivable advantage working for him.

Chrollo only beat Hisoka by essentially breaking the rules of the fight by fucking up the audience.
