My GAD makes me have anxiety over everything. But the seriousness of this war is making me wanna be prepared and the small shit I got anxiety over doesnt affect me.

And the anger helps as well.

Maybe its weird I dunno, maybe Im supressing it, but I dunno, I feel my priorities and views on things have changed a lot.

I have friends in Ukraine , most were in complete denial

Now they're either fleeing to countries that don't want them or I haven't heard from them

It's made me seriously consider going over and volunteering despite how stupid that would be

Putin makes me angry

and The media and right wing just downplaying and defending Russia every day gets me angry

just feel so useless

Damn Im sorry, I hope your friends are safe. I get the feeling of volunteering, but prob not a good idea going there blindly. They said here on the radio that with loads of voluteers from all over Europe is causing problems in Poland, ppl bringing stuff they have too much of no place to store. Foreigh viechles clogging up roads, using up the fuel etc.

If you want to volunteer contact a group that organizes that stuff.

We cant panic or get scared, we can worry but gotta be smart, see each other and support each other, try to keep morale and fighting spirit, and start preparing for bad times without panic.

Around me I havent heard anyone warmongering at least.

The threath of war and right at the start was very anxoety enducing

But now that Russias military has proven to be incompetent, i'm doing better

That's surprising. I feel like all I'm hearing is people pushing for the west to get involved. Left cries "humanitarian", right cries "freedom" but they're both saying the same shit.
