I got diagnosed I think almost 2 years ago, granted its not as bad anymore. Mostly on my feet, still some rashes pop up sometimes.

Yeah. The best treatment according to my doctor is a version of chemotherapy pills, or immunesuppresants that I have to take once a week for at least a year. Needs constant liver tests, bad intteractions with several other medecine, alcohol ban and side effects. I dont want that.

I tried a very strong cortizone cream and it did wortk a bit, but when I tried it again couple of times I got side effects from it that wasnt worth it.

Thanks, even if I dont celebrate pride or anything

That sucks, the treatment sounds awful tho. Do chemo pills cause hair loss too?

I used to take them a few years ago to treat my psoriasis. They sometimes made me queasy and other times drowsy for a couple of days.

Not fun.

Did it help you any?

I could commit for few months, but not at least one year for that. Ive also been offered UV treatment but then I have to go 2 times a week and if I cant miss them or Ill lose the treatment, I cant schedule in that with work.

But since its not as bad anymore Ill just live with it and use fat cremes etc.

Well I don't actually have psoriasis, I was misdiagnosed, so a lot of what happened at that time is kind of a wash. I also used hormone creme at the time and in my experience that was probably the greater factor in keeping rashes and plagues in check. So I can't say, sorry.

Oh, what was the cause of rashes, did you eventually get the right diagnosis?
