He's considered one of the most important figures in the NT. His stuff takes up roughly one third (maybe) of the NT. Christians seem to think he did a great job spreading the word of Jesus, and also clarifying things. But, he predicted the world would end not that long after the resurrection of Jesus. Clearly that didn't happen. It's been about 1,900 years since Paul died, and the world hasn't ended. IMHO, this undermines his credibility across the board.

Thoughts?

Because it's in the bible. God guided the hands of all those that wrote (and edited the bible). The current version is exactly what God wants it to be, word for word, punctuation for punctuation, with no flaws. If this is not true, then literally none of the bible has any validity at all.

So if you're a Christian you have to believe in the books Paul wrote. Well, technically not because "No True Scotsman fallacy." But if you don't then your religious views are pathetic, have no basis, and don't deserve to be respected. At all.

Yea I never understood this. Paul never even met Jesus. I admit I was never a biblical scholar. But I do not understand why people just believe Paul for no reason. Christians, especially Catholics, are such Paul fan boys
