Loose carts are stationary. Honestly, how many stores have you been to where carts are just rolling around everywhere? Probably one out of the millions of times you've stepped into a parking lot.

And cart attendants are still absolutely able to grab carts just because they're not in a stall. They don't just stop doing their jobs because the carts aren't where they're supposed to be.

Yes they are magnets, but they are pretty much indistinguishable from stickers when he uses them and he also uses them when he already has the other person riled up, so it's not like they are thinking clearly when he does it.

I'm not seeing how that proves your point that stray carts can cause damage. If anything, if that wind man were to not have even bothered trying to put that cart back at all then there wouldn't be any damage in the first place.

My argument is essentially this dude harasses people for essentially no reason. I was talking about wind because you were talking about wind, yet you can't even demonstrate where the issue there lies. And holy shit, if parking is soo shitty and poor and there's a cart blocking a parking spot then you can just simply hop out and move it if the person whose literal job it is to move it hasn't already done it first. Carts being in the way of things is a known factor that stores already pay people to address.

I don't think you get that stores don't hire people to grab carts and they also don't have people constantly grabbing them during the day. Workers get asked to grab them at certain times of the day and some stores don't even do it until they are low on carts up front which might be at the end of the night
