One of the ladies at the office today is wearing such an outfit and as alluded in the topic title, at first glance I thought she was just wearing a men's shirt and no pants.

And it's not like a white dress shirt or something. It's blue with a gradient.

I'm just wondering if that's a thing that exists and what it's called.
