I float between the two depending on needs, so I'm cross-trained. There was one of these literally across the street from my CVS, so I knew of several people moving there. One of my bosses at my new job was there too. Obviously, you don't deal with customers really. They do hundreds of thousands of prescriptions a week, so you might spend a day or a week just focusing on one task while others do other things. I guess it's vaguely similar to my current work at long-term care.
