Turns out I'm only at 183. Not bad for not exercising, eating fast food for lunch for almost 5 years, and not going to the doctor regularly. I've been eating better since I got my current job and started stretching and exercising a little, at least the l best I can without being able to do strenuous activity on foot. I'm 6 foot, so I'd like to lose maybe 10-12 lbs and redistribute some of that flab in my midsection.
