All of the extensions I use are already available on Edge, even the more niche ones. It would be a lie to say Microsoft didn't nag me into it though, but I've also heard positive things from people online so. So I decided to switch from Chrome to Edge as standard browser a year ago. I wanted to become less dependent on Google apps anyway. So far, I like it. It's more or less the same.
