You're walking along one night after a few beers when you hear angry shouting and see a fat middle aged balding man screaming angrily at a couple. You're behind a chain link fence and they don't know you're there.

You can't make out what they're saying but the fat guy is absolutely furious, he is red-faced and screaming something along the lines of "Do you have any idea just who I am!?" followed by the young couple telling him to stick it up his ass and that he is a piece of shit.

Then you're shocked when the fat guy pulls out a pistol and shoots them both right there and then. Before casually walking off as if nothing happened.

You find out later that the man is billionaire Arthur Winston Archer-Hull. An incredibly powerful and influential man. The police fail to find the bodies of the victims, what the connection between Archer-Hull and victims would be or any evidence of the murder whatsoever other than your unverifiable testimony. Some one did a Mike Ehrmantraut level clean up job. Several people suddenly pop up to provide alibis for the rich asshole Archer-Hull and his lawyers do a great job at pointing out every single flaw you have and completely discrediting you as a witness.

The police end up rejecting your statement and treating the case as a missing persons case rather than a murder. Letting Archer-Hull completely off the hook.

But regardless of the law you know what happened, you can't unknow it. You saw what he did.
