I've basically seen the first few episodes of season 1, and it's nothing special. The characters are reasonably good, the casting is very good, the basic concept is interesting, but a lot of the scenes are not that good, and the pacing is probably too slow. 80's nostalgia, a wonderful mix of throwback 80's like television and movie sensibilities but done in a way that reflects the good stuff about 2010's. How are you able to judge a show about what you think the pacing will be? Stranger Things is like the perfect show for the masses. Good casting, a simple plot, its not "offensive", and it has a bit of nostalgia. It's similar to the walking dead in that sense. Also season 1 is it s best season so if you dont like it now you shouldnt keep watching it. --- The night brims with defiled scum,and is permeated by their rotten stench. Just think.
