When Chipotle had a limited time meat, I think another type of their steak, we ordered it. After an hour it still had not been picked up... but suddenly had a different driver. Then another. Then another. I called DoorDash about it and they said they were giving me a new driver. Had to wait another hour and finally called again... turns out the first driver had taken the order and then logged off the app... and every driver they sent after was told by staff it was already picked up. None of them reported this, just cancelled their pickup and went about their business.
