I basically requested a cancellation and refund via email today. I received four emails from them. 1.) Confirmation email 2.) Order is processing 3.) Day 10 - order is processing, we're sorry 4.) We'll look into it (I inquired as to if the product would arrive by the end of the month) No response after two business days This morning I said I wanted a cancellation and refund via email. Ratchetrockon 12/15/22 12:39:53 PM #6:	longest i had to wait for an item to ship was just about 3 months. bought from zmf headphones (i don't recommend their products) 2nd longest would be from aliexpress and some other chinese sites. usually takes a full month till they ship. prob a ymmv thing --- I'm a Taurus I like collecting headphones and iems. I usually got my stuff within a week but after 3 weeks without it arriving I emailed the guy to see what was up. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything back so I sent another email. Still no reply, so I sent one final email just asking him to reply and tell me what was up and said if he didn't I'd have no choice but to file a complaint with Paypal. I tried to be patient and figured he had some shit going on, but I had sent him $300 and that's a lot of money to me.
