Can be specific stop offs in the cities I'll be passing through, parks or lesser known attractions along the way. Just looking for suggestions, as I'm still in the planning stages.

I definitely want to revisit the smokies again, but maybe when it's less wintery. I haven't really spent much time exploring there, just passing through. The furthest north I might be going is to Greenville, SC from Augusta, GA when I get east of Birmingham.

Its worth seeing the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville for the music historical value alone. They have shows there and give tours.

Will do, I've never been. They even have secret sauce :0

I'm always down to try new food.

Think it's still worth it if I'm not a big fan of country music? Tours are about $40, which seems reasonable.

Yeah it's just not the right time of year for it, I think. I've passed through during the summer and it was beautiful though.
