I also gave Riichi City a try the other day since it's on a "version 2.0" update and also it's: -on Steam (which doesn't matter to me but might be a selling point for others) -gives more freebies -starts you off with a cute Satomi Arai-voiced loli But it's lacking a lot of Mahjong Soul's polish otherwise, and starting this late seems like a waste. Also, RC doesn't have MS's collab characters, and as "generous" as the gacha supposedly is, it's lacking a lot of compelling characters I'd roll for. As bad as MS's gacha is, it at least has a way more colorful cast.
