To be fair, the Browns have been an absolute dump of an organization for decades at this point and them doing something monumentally stupid is SOP. Part if me almost thinks the Browns purposely gave the least deserving player in the league the biggest contract ever just to fuck the contract negotiations up foe everyone else.
