I admit it's been a while since I've hit on a cashier, but usually it's been a quick and polite exchange that ends in a yes or a polite decline. Having someone banned from a store for that seems extremely over aggressive if they were polite, calm, and considerate about it. Should be a personal issue that can be resolved in a couple words. Leads to infatuation and putting her up on a pedestal. Probably better for the Brother to approach the woman and get rejected. Than to be "Friends" with her all while she's having sex with chad or tyrone on her days off.
