Banning our medical care and preventing us from being able to go into public IS genocide. As the goal is to kill us, they don't need to be at the mass killings stage for it to be a genocide. Oh, and when I say banning medical care, I mean that several states have been making it so that any doctor of any sort can refuse to treat us for anything. If we're bleeding out in the ER, they have to try to stabilize us but afterwards they can kick us out onto the street. And when I say no going in public, I mean the anti drag laws will make it a felony for us to simply be in any public space because children may be present there.
