Lady calls up and wonders when the driver will be there with her medicine. I tell her we didn't receive the prescription from the doctor until well after our drivers leave on their afternoon runs. She goes "But I was promised early in the morning that it would be delivered after it was called in. I take my medicine in the morning". I told her we open at 9 and our drivers can take it on the morning run tomorrow. She tells me she gets up at 5 and that she was told we were supposed to be a good, helpful pharmacy. "This isn't gonna work when you don't keep promises." Well, good luck finding a pharmacy that is open at 5-6 in the morning that delivers on-demand. And call centers like this wonder why no one wants to work for them, I made it 3 years in one and ghosted them after they cheated me out of bonus pay several times and were just an all around unethical company. Get out of retail soon if you can my friend. --- my old computer died and i didn't feel like resetting the password to my original account, so i created this one instead. now i only use it when i use my iphone ...
