I do remember James McAvoy talking about this several years ago. He was saying people from the UK who are becoming successful actors are increasingly coming from prestigious acting schools that working class people can't afford to send their kids to. He wasn't saying that the actors that come from those schools are bad or undeserving, but that if our entertainment comes predominantly from one class of people then it's going to end up reflecting the experiences and concerns of that class and not of the people in general. --- "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose.
