Yes it's huge. Two and a half hours.

This is about the internal conflict in ZA/UM, the ownership of the property, and testimony behind the parties involved.

In short, no one comes out of this looking very good.

Going in and out while at work and this gives a lot of insight of the work environment at the company during development, including from people who haven't spoken up until now.

I like this game so much, I might actually give this a watch.

I picked up the game while it was on sale. No idea about what happened. Still havent played the game

Is there a transcript with an executive summary?

Based on the comments, "no one comes out of this looking very good" means the creatives were bad to work for, but ZA/UM still stole their intellectual property and are using the cultural issues as cover for their theft.

I only have gotten like 3-5 hours into the game. Does this documentary spoil any of the game? I am gonna complete it one day. >_>

Need to find some time to watch all this.

All I know so far are Josh Sawyers tweets of bafflement at him being dragged into it by name when he's had no association with anyone involved.

Not so far. It's mainly focused on the people involved and their relationships.

Nice documentary so far. Presentation is done well to setup both sides. Kinda sketchy how both sides are talking during on going lawsuit and hearings but as the dude says, theyre trying to win public opinion.

CEO didnt come across as bad as i thought. He did use details cannot be said yet once but overall i thought he answered well.

Others (ZAUM employees) seemed underappreciated by the core writing team while making the directors cut. I get the game was completed but the core team seemed lacking teamwork. Wow, they feared the game community because they and yheir families were threatened online publically and through private emails... yikes.

Core team Roberts, Rostov, Helen. Nice recap before their interview. Rostov had a 2nd interview by himself. Seemed like this team was good with their rush and crash to complete the game but plans of directors cut soured on them.
Oh... the core teams lack of participation on the final directors cut had the other ZAUM writers stepup and wanted the core team to step down it seems.

Don't forget these guys are professionials. The big deal is that they enacted a MAJOR transaction of ownership within the company and don't have receipts on alerting the rest of the team.
