It was pretty good. We added chickpeas to make it a little more substantial, in the absence of meat, but I think it would be even better with some chicken. It could probably actually have lasted 4 nights, since the last two nights were probably more than we actually needed to eat (especially where we also had side salads), but ymmv.

tonkatsu and tonkotso are two different things

i would imagine in a ramen bar they wouldn't serve tonkatsu tho

i imagine they possibly could
buy a large cut of bone in pork make cutlets (tonkatsu) from the meat and broth(tonkotsu) from the bones serve the tonkatsu on the ramen made with the tonkotsu or on the side

I've seen tonkatsu on top of ramen before

we didn't serve cutlets and pork broth ramen was the primary menu item.

I think it was implied, but there's the clarification for you. I also speak basic Japanese.
