...errr i kinda been doing that unironically on my off time, like sitting in my hot car, or jogging in the noon sun >_> It helped me to work outside in the heat better cuz I wear like 30-60lbs of gear sometimes in the summer and the last thing I wanna do is pass out doing some bitch work cuz my body wasnt hydrated and conditioned lol.

But you still need to stay hydrated. You cant operate outside your limits <_<
