To many...
Fallout starts at 3 Elder Scrolls starts at 3 (Morrowind) GTA starts at 3 Persona starts at 3 Final Fantasy starts at 3 (Ok, it's actually 6, but it was 3 in the West. A stretch, I know.) Witcher starts at 3 And most recently Baldur's Gate starts at 3. One series that bucks the trend is Mass Effect because starting at 3 there is really bad idea lol But yeah 3 is the jumping on the point for many while 1 + 2 are pretty much niche titles. --- https://imgur.com/h74Kc6W ... I would say Elder Scrolls 5 is probably the biggest jumping on point for the franchise.

i found the morrowind goty on xbox in a sams club bargin bin for $10 when i was 19.
