You do that for a few years before realizing the teaching profession is underpaid and not worth it. You go back to school to get another degree in a STEM field. My actual degree is Bachelor in Engineering (in Information Systems). My first job was really in line with my education (though the title was 'Business Solution Architect'), then I got into creative research, then PR for a game company, then funnily enough my current job is once again in line with my major: a project manage for a game studio.
