The democrats don't have enough votes to single-handedly oust him, while the republicans will back him up because he's the only way they can maintain any power. Meanwhile, all they actually need him to do as far as his job goes is not let any democrat ideas through so they can criticize Biden for not getting anything done, and that's not exactly work. --- This is my signature.
