It never came out in America, but english versions of it were on MANY multicarts back in the day (alongside Lunar Pool and Battle City)
Despite being sucktastical, at the time it inspired an entire generation of game developers that went on to create better things... like Hydlide, no kidding It was made by Bullet-proof Software, who made almost entirely Tetris clones.
