I sometimes have to grab onto things to keep from floating away and someone has to pull me back down to stop it.

One of those dream analysts would probably suggest you're [subconsciously] feeling like you're losing control in your life.

I have a LOT of dreams where I jump forward and never land, hovering about a foot over the ground for miles. Each time I have this dream, I think to myself "LOL NO WAY IM DOING IT FOR REAL NOW!" or "Damn, why haven't I ever tried this before?"

I have had over a hundred dreams related to flying.... some of which are more restricted flying ( gliding)
and others where I have had complete control over my flight ability.
and every time I wake up dissapointed because I cant fly

I've had lots of dreams where I'm running late for something, and things keep happening which set me back more and more and I get progressively more stressed.

Also I used to have dreams where I'd be driving and had to stop at a red light, but I can't stop my car fast enough and I go through the intersection. I don't mean my brakes give out, or I tried stopping too late, I mean my brakes are suddenly very ineffective and take a really long time to stop my car.

I never have flying/floating dreams though.
