Arkangel placed just 0.01 score higher than The National Anthem for now, while USS Callisters gained a few points after late ratings, but not enough to change its placing. We're now on the halfway point of Series 4. The episode follows Mia (Andrea Riseborough) fifteen years after she helped her friend Rob (Andrew Gower) cover up a hit-and-run death, as she commits several murders in order to cover up her past crimes. Meanwhile, Shazia (Kiran Sonia Sawar) is an insurance investigator who uses a "Recaller" that can project people's visual memories onto a screen. Why did homeboy have a change of heart after fifteen flipping years? Why did she go along with the cover- up in the first place if she was so conflicted about it? Why couldn't she have convinced him of how stupid his anonymous letter idea was? Why couldn't Shazia have been a bit more clever with her attempted description? Why didn't she notice the guinea pig or even draw the line at smothering an innocent baby? It's all a bit contrived, but I kind of dig it in a dark way I suppose. --- That girl is poison...
