You and your goon friends were stealing a shipment of diamonds at the docks for either The Scorpion or The Riddler respectively.
When despite hoodwinking the police your plans are foiled by Spider/Batman who proceed to burst into the room and beat the fuck out of you and your friends until you're all incapacitated and left for the police. Spiderman is defo stronger but tends to be less aggressive. That said he has a tendacy to throw enviromental objects at people. Batman is a crazy asshole looking to do anything except kill. Spiderman will web you to the floor but leave you a pillow to lay on while you wait for the cops to take you to jail. Batman tends to be a bit more brutal in his beatings because he can't afford to go easy. Spider-Man's abilities give him the luxury to go easier on people since he's in less danger from bullets, weapons and fist. His webs can also incapacitate without causing a ton of physical harm.
