I went to see them like 20 years ago lol
Opening band was Fantomas who I love and the Tool fans were such a bunch of insufferable rude assholes - booing, jeering, throwing shit on stage - during the Fantomas set that it soured the whole experience for me. I'll never go to another Tool show because their fans are awful They're a fun band to watch perform tho. Even 20 years ago their stage show was wild. Tool is exceptional live. My girlfriend isn't really into them or hard rock at all and she really enjoyed their show both times. Honestly best show I've seen

I'm not a huge fan but all I've heard is that their live show is amazing. and I think the BS of rowdy fans is a bit more in the past.

Their live performance is amazing, they are probably the best show I've ever seen despite seeing bands I love more. It was also really chill for a rock concert, probably because everyone was tripping.

saw them live last year, the crowd was awesome and the show was the best i've ever seen other than maybe roger waters. the only bummer is that the dude doesn't really do the yelling so much anymore.
