I never played Splatoon since I'm a Sony pony so I don't really have anything to compare it to.

From what I played, it's fun but it also gets old pretty fast. I don't think it will have staying power with where it is at. It doesn't help it's a playstation exclusive with a lot of monetization. I don't see it lasting long.

I downloaded it and then never played it. It will flop like 90% of Squares completely misguided attempts at games.

I haven't tried it yet. My gf loves Splatoon, but didn't like Foamstars from the 1 match she played.
