When this happens in cats and dogs it's a sign they may have some kind of infection. While they usually clear up on their own, see a doctor IMO.

To clarify, yes, I know you're saying this is happening to yourself and not an animal. I just mean that assuming there's any similarity at all between cats/dogs and humans with this symptom, you might need antibiotics.

You Don't how bad I had it. When I first got bells palsy in mar of 2022, my right eye would not close. My eye would tear 24/7. Not a trickle. It was a river. For some reason the left one did it too. I saw the doctor early on but there was nothing they could do. I was past the effectiveness for antibiotics. I stupidly waited a week when it needs to be done in 72 hours. This was with shingles pain in my back/ribs and neck. I'm saying Don't ignore it. Get it checked out

Any chance something got in your eye? Any pain? Any flashing lights? Any new floaters?

It could just be you got an allergen in your eye and it's reacting.

Get a bottle of this:

Flush your eye, then apply the drops. Do that for a few days and see if it clears up. If it doesn't you should see a doctor.

Maybe. No pain or anything odd. Just the constant wet.

Yeah mine too but it's allergies. Use lubricant eye drops, not the fake shit like clear eyes
