Current Events > Went to a concert last night and saw something so odd lol

And it concerns concert etiquette and entitled people.

There was an opening act but during intermission after them, my friends and I noticed a dude standing in our row while everyone was sitting down. Upon further observation, we realized dude was literally standing in between seats, meaning he didn't have a seat himself.

This pissed off a guy behind him (rightfully) because his little sisters couldn't see with dude standing. So he went and complained to them, quite politely actually. I guess the girl that was next to the stander was his gf or something because she was saying why was dude making a big deal about it and when the concert starts, everyone is gonna be standing anyways. She even said the guy complaining was being rude (wtf lol?) when he was actually really polite, like I already said. After much talking, the stander left.

Then when the concert started, the stander had the gall to try and come back, but luckily the aisle person in our row didn't let him and he left.

If he tried coming back through the other side I woulda called security.

Ive seen this happen. Theres only one seat available in a row and a couple want to go to a concert together. So they buy that single ticket and a cheap seat as far back as they can. Then they stand together at the better seat.

Yeah that's pretty much what happened it looked like. They knew what they were doing. Annoying AF for them (especially the gf) to try to defend it so hard and then call the dude behind them rude when he was literally just trying to get the basic viewer experience lol
