I mean, obviously preference, but I was under the assumption burgers should be well done. I get my burgers there medium rare because that's also how I like my steaks. If a place doesn't ask for your preference then it's normally well done. Culvers is the only place I know of that sells crinkles around me (and by around, I mean 30 minutes away).
