I've long since stated that the regressive left has pushed this ridiculous love of Islam way too far, and most of them have utterly no idea what they're even defending.

It may be for the best that Europe does this.

I think one thing that the left needs to get is that border protection and integration/assimilation doesn't need to be a far-right or conservative position.

The far-right is doing well because they're the only side that's really advocating it. They're just too caught up in xenophobia to actual address the problem maturely.

I don't get it, where are most of you guys from that keep saying this stuff?

I'm a Muslim Asian who is born and bred in the UK. I live right in London and a lot of my Muslim friends do too.

We barely see any tension like this here, sure there is some racism but that's always happened here for decades.

We just get on with our lives and barely preach anything.
For example, I've heard walthamstow is regarded as a huge Muslim area except there are so many different races there, including whites, and ive never seen any racial tension or religious uprising.

Could you guys give specific examples of areas in London where this shit is going on? As a law graduate I'm pretty big on politics but I've barely seen anything when talking about personal experience.

Know what the Sharia stance on gay people is?
How about apostates?
How about women?
How about free speech in general?

Have you read the Quran - how about the Hadith (translation is fine, the ancient Arabic has many interpretations anyway).

Neither is good, but don't ever try to act as if Sharia is in anyway compatible with any western country on the planet, religion is meant to be separate from western democracy for a reason.

Perspective or objective? I just admitted as a Muslim that both sides have scum. Both the west and the middle east have problems they need to sort out.

It's the same story in many suburbs like this all over the western world (and Australia since I'll include it) where these people utterly refuse to assimilate, abuse said laws (and welfare) then ultimately (and hilariously) want to silence critisim while being allowed to spread hate.

Again. I never see this personally as a European citizen. Do you live in Europe? If so can you share some of the stories you've personally had? If so please do because I'm honestly stumped to why you're saying its so widespread when us Europeans barely experience this. Unless London isn't one of those places.

It was a threat from several Muslim youth (one was Japanese and didn't appear Muslim via the usual routes, clothing/beard) in Arabic which thankfully she doesn't understand, we quickly left.
Only to see on the news that day that about 4 girls were raped just next to where we were in quick succession.

This insane way of "surrounding a girl, then have another circle outside of the first circle to stop anyone from helping", much like the attacks which happened on New Years Eve in 2015 in Cologne (end of the year).
The fact is this doesn't happen with any other culture in Europe with this frequency, and people are understandably sick of the media and PC people pointing towards the innocent ones as if it invalidates or negates said crimes.
