It has yet to be topped. The sheer volume of things to do, that were actually fun. The customization from cars, to clothes, to character, to fucking houses. The weapons, the hidden secrets, the characters, the absurd but still based in reality story.
I'd go so far to call it one of the best games of all time. It perfected the sandbox game and made actual fucking around be hours upon hours of entertainment. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Alright TC, I just bought it for a whopping $2.29. Hope it runs decently without too much extra work.
